Terms of Use

You need an account to submit or maintain a listing, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Each standard account maintains a single listing. That listing can appear in more than one directory area when it genuinely belongs there.

Submit information you are authorized to publish and that is accurate at the time of submission: business or project identity, contact details, location, services, and formats. Keep your listing current, and remove it if it no longer applies.

• No impersonation, deceptive claims, or fake reviews and endorsements.
• No illegal activity, harassment, hateful content, or adult content.
• No spam, keyword stuffing, scraping, or attempts to break site security.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Listings, logos, and images are reviewed by an administrator before they appear publicly. We may request changes, decline, unpublish, or remove content that does not fit the directory or these terms. Approval is a fit-and-quality check, not an endorsement or verification of a business.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to publish it and you grant Rewind Rolodex a non-exclusive licence to store, resize, convert, display, and distribute it as part of the directory. That licence ends for new display when the content is removed.

Listings point to external websites and services we do not control. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

The site is provided as-is and as-available. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

You can delete your listing at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaks these terms.

Country, state/province, and city options in our listing forms come from the Countries States Cities Database by Darshan Gada, used under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0.

These terms are a working draft and will be revised as the site develops. The date at the top will change when they do.
